K-Laser

What is laser therapy?
Laser therapy is a safe and non-invasive technology that uses the body’s own restorative processes to treat the disorder. Much like photosynthesis in plants, laser light energy enters the cell membrane through the skin initiating a process called photobiostimulation. This process enhances the body’s natural regenerative functions, as well as promotes the release of endorphins and collagen. It is exposed to laser light, normalizes blood flow, metabolism, cell division, and detoxification in the affected area of the body. This restores the function of movement, the lowest risk of inflammation, and the formation of scars. “High power laser light” stimulates all types of cells – soft tissues, ligaments, cartilage, nerves, and bones. For this reason, it works effectively inside large joints and other deep and/or difficult-to-reach places up to a depth of 12 cm. “High power” i.e. up to 20w laser therapy is a treatment, not a symptom reduction.

What is K-Laser therapy for?
K-Laser’s unique Super-Pulse Technology (ISP) provides an instantly noticeable effect on tissue healing and pain relief as it reaches deeper layers while avoiding skin overheating.

K-Laser therapy is intended for:

→ for the treatment of inflammation – reduces swelling, stimulates the lymphatic system;

→ pain relief – has a positive effect on pain receptors by blocking the entry of pain signals into the brain. The pain is also reduced due to the anti-inflammatory and anti-swelling effects created by the laser, which stimulates the production of endorphins;

→ improves blood circulation – accelerates the formation of a capillary network in the damaged area, thus accelerating wound healing;

→ improves metabolism – stimulates the production of enzymes responsible for oxygen transport. Affects the recovery and regeneration of damaged cells;

→ improves nerve regeneration, laser therapy stimulates growth and regeneration factors, as well as the production of myelin, which is very important for nerve cell healing;

→ accelerates the healing of wounds, ulcers, mucosal wounds, stimulates tissue regeneration;

→ effective in traumatology, sports medicine, as it promotes cartilage recovery and improves the condition of joints;

→ improves chondrocyte and collagen production.

What results can I expect from the K-Laser Cube 4 high-power laser therapy?
Many patients report that the pain is relieved after just one treatment session. Practical studies have shown that after 1-2 procedures, acute pain was significantly reduced in 70% of clients, and chronic (lasting more than 3 months) – by 60%. For example chronic treatment of lower back pain was effective in 71% of cases, in 45% of cases it was completely eliminated; wound healing was significantly faster in 55% of cases. In all cases, the amplitude of the movements improves. This is due to several world-class innovations used in this laser: 4-wavelength technology, which has different wavelengths and frequencies, working together to create exceptional efficiency effects, and ISP technology. With this technology, a pulse frequency of up to 20000Hz and its combination with different types of laser light waves ensure a long-term treatment effect and significantly shorter procedure time. A power of up to 20w cures rather than relieves symptoms.

How long are the results felt and how many procedures are needed to achieve them?
Already after the first treatment, you will feel a marked reduction in pain or it will disappear altogether. If the pain does not go away after the second procedure, it does not mean that the condition does not improve, because the effect of the laser is cumulative. Acute pain usually requires 4-6 procedures, and chronic (lasting more than 3 months) – 6-12 procedures. If you continue your treatment in the physiotherapy room after exercising pain relief procedures or do exercises at home – the pain may never happen again. The physiotherapists of our clinic will teach you how and what exercises to perform and/or apply the most effective method or equipment that accelerates your rehabilitation.

Is laser therapy safe and is its effectiveness based on research?
Laser therapy has been used for over 30 years and during this period has been recognized as a safe and effective treatment. Over 2,000 scientific and medical research articles have been published on laser therapy for accelerated trauma healing and pain relief in both acute and chronic diseases. Among them are more than 100 tightly controlled studies that have recorded the effectiveness of the laser. The safety and efficiency of the laser device are certified by CE and FDA. No side effects have been found in long-term studies, it applies even to pregnant women. Laser treatment makes it possible to avoid drug treatment or surgery. The power of other medical lasers is measured in kilowatts, while the power of the K-Laser Cube 4 is only 30W, as its power is created with the help of innovative exclusive technologies and they are fully sufficient for fast and effective treatment.

THE FIRST, MOST POWERFUL, AND COMPACT DYNAMIC THERAPY 4 WAVELENGTH LASER IN THE WORLD

The most advanced and efficient laser technology

It is an ideal tool for treating acute and chronic pain, inflammation, and wounds. Faster healing is achieved through increased circulatory and metabolic activity. K-Laser Cube is effective in the rehabilitation of athletes, for the treatment of fractures, tissues, ligaments, tendons in the post-traumatic and/or postoperative period. In addition, the K-Laser Cube allows special treatments for diabetic feet. A wide range of accessories allows it to be adapted to any part of the body.

What is K-Laser Therapy?
K-Laser Class IV therapeutic lasers use different wavelengths and frequencies of light to produce a photochemical response and create a strong therapeutic effect. This effect reduces inflammation and pain, improves blood circulation, accelerates wound healing and recovery of various tissues and bones.

The therapeutic effect of K-Laser light
During treatment, the energy of the laser light increases the circulation of lymph and blood, the delivery of oxygen and nutrients to the affected area, and reduces edema (fluid accumulation in the tissues). These processes create conditions in the damaged tissue that accelerate recovery, healing, improve blood circulation and reduce inflammation and pain.
Anti-inflammatory, anti-edematous: K-Laser light causes an anti-inflammatory effect i.e. both reduces vasodilation and activates the lymphatic drainage system (dehydrates areas affected by edema). This occurs when laser light affects inflammation mediators (chemical compounds formed in the body), such as macrophages, neutrophils, and lymphocytes. This reduces swelling caused by injury or inflammation.
Analgesic: Pain receptors are positively affected by treatment with K-Laser light, they increase the pain threshold and at the same time reduce the transmission of pain stimuli in the brain. Pain decreases also due to anti-inflammatory and anti-edematous effects. In addition, the laser stimulates the production of endorphins in the brain. Endorphin is a potent neuromodulator with the property of analgesia and euphoria. Because of this property, it is called the hormone of happiness.
Improves vascular function: K-Laser 4 wavelength light significantly stimulates the formation of new capillaries and blood vessels and can accelerate the process of wound and tissue healing by up to 50%. Angiogenesis (the formation of new blood vessels) increases the flow of blood to the affected area, thus speeding up the healing process and reducing pain.
Improves nerve function: K-Laser 4 wavelength light is used to treat neuropathic pain diseases such as iatrogenic paresthesia (numbness of the limbs), dysesthesia, and others. Laser therapy promotes cell growth, neuronal regeneration, and myelin production, which are essential for the process of nerve healing.
Improves metabolic activity: K-Laser light increases the production of specific enzymes for oxygen transport and thus accelerates and facilitates the recovery of damaged cells.
Accelerates wound and tissue healing, muscle regeneration: K-Laser light heals wounds, ulcers, and mucositis faster due to biostimulation and tissue regeneration. Increasing the number of chondrocytes and collagen production stimulates the formation of cartilage tissue and improves joint functionality. Optimal alignment and remodeling of collagen fibers reduce scarring and keloid formation and increases tissue elasticity. Laser light restores damaged muscle ornaments, promotes muscle tissue regeneration.
Accelerates bone healing: Laser therapy promotes the proliferation of bone intercellular material (osteocytes) and thus accelerates the healing of bone tissue.

Effects on cells
Four-wavelength K-Laser laser light interacts with tissues at the cellular level. Such effects increase cellular metabolism and improve the transport of nutrients across the cell membrane, which promotes cell proliferation and improves their own health.

Why use different K-Laser laser light lengths and frequencies?
It has been scientifically proven that different frequencies of light cause different physiological reactions, and when combined with different wavelengths of light, K-Laser has a very wide range of possibilities to stimulate all bone and tissue cells. K-Laser scientists have collected everything that is known about the composition of each anatomical part of the body and have developed programs and installed K-Laser software to treat them. Each treatment protocol uses a maximum dynamic range of technical parameters combining 4 wavelengths and frequencies from CW (continuous wave) and modulated from 1Hz to 20,000Hz. During treatment, the K-Laser laser control is completely safe and easy for a trained specialist.

Why is the power of laser light important?
If the laser wavelength determines the depth of energy penetration, then the light power of the K-Laser determines its saturation at a certain depth. For maximum healing efficiency, these two factors are used together. Power is expressed in watts (W) and it shows the number of photons transmitted in a single operation, and the amount of energy transmitted by the laser light to tissues is measured in joules (J). Laser light entering deep tissues accumulates over time i.e. 1w = 1 J per second. For example:
The 1W power laser takes 40 seconds to deliver 10 joules of energy to a depth of 4 cm;
The 4W power laser takes 10 seconds to deliver 10 joules of energy to a depth of 4 cm.
As a result, the K-Laser laser transmits large amounts of healing energy to deep-seated tissues in the shortest possible time. For this reason, the procedures performed by K-Laser take up to 10 minutes and reach the tissues at a depth of up to 14 cm.

Why does the K-Laser laser use superpulsation?
Intensive Super Pulse (ISP) mode provides more energy to deep tissues, preventing the accumulation of surface heat and thus completely eliminates the possibility of skin burns. When operating in 20-30w super-pulse mode, the laser light transmits the required maximum burst of power to the damaged area in a short time to ensure safe, painless, and fast tissue healing.

Why is wavelength important?
The K-Laser different wavelengths of light determine the depth of penetration into the tissue and are specifically directed at the chromophores to initiate a photochemical reaction. Light of the wavelength to which the biological tissue chromophores are most sensitive is used to produce a strong effect.

660nm
When the surface area is illuminated at a wavelength of 660 nm, the melanin in our skin absorbs it quickly and the laser light energy heals the damaged surface tissues and wounds. The light of the above wavelength not only inhibits bacteria, stimulates cell growth, but also achieves incredible results in healing wounds and reducing scars (especially recent ones).

800 nm
The final enzyme in the cell’s respiratory chain is cytochrome c oxidase, which determines how efficiently a cell converts molecular oxygen into cellular energy production of ATP. The absorption peak of this enzyme is at 800nm. A laser light of the same length accelerates the absorption of photons and increases the production of ATP by the cells.

905nm
The hemoglobin absorption (absorption) peak is 905 nm, the same length of laser light increases this process and thus increases the amount of oxygen in the blood, which is used as fuel in the process of cell regeneration. The more oxygen enters the cell, the faster and stronger the cell’s regeneration, multiplication and healing processes.

970nm
Blood in the human body is the main transport system that carries oxygen to the cells and removes waste. The water in our blood absorbs (absorbs) best at 970 nm, and K-Laser light of the same length increases the amount of photons absorbed and this energy is converted into heat. Heat at the cellular level stimulates local microcirculation thus providing more fuel oxygen to the cells, which makes the healing process more efficient and faster.

The software for all K-Laser models is updated periodically. The software provides a chronology of patient treatment. It can be stored and transferred via devices with a USB connection.
Thanks to the adapted QRT (Quick Release Technology) technology, the optics can be changed quickly in the hand-held laser sensor. This technology was invented due to the need to perform dynamic laser therapy in a variety of applications: from applications in physiotherapy to foot therapy, from dentistry to oral pathology. There are two types of optics available, which differ in variable zoom from 1 sq. Cm to 5 sq. Cm and light energy. The hand-held sensor tip also uses Zoom Plus and Optic Plus enhancements, as well as Extend Plus technology, enabling the specialist to work a larger area more evenly, efficiently, and quickly.
The laser is easily and conveniently operated via a touch-colored color LCD screen. In the Cube Plus 30 model, treatment is selected by touching the body areas marked on the screen and the desired result (analgesia, anti-inflammatory, blood circulation, etc.). In all previous models, treatment is selected according to the diseases, body areas, and most common diagnoses identified on the touch screen.
The manufacturer offers to store K-Laser models on a specially designed magnetic table, which guarantees the stability of the laser is mobile and light.
Portable and light – only 1.3kg.
The rechargeable laser lithium-ion battery can work continuously for 60 minutes.
No maintenance is required.
Powerful, reliable, versatile, and easy to use.
